A new standard for medical giving.
Vellnez CareTrack isn't a new way to ask for donations — it's a new standard for what benefactors, patients, and hospitals should be able to expect: verification before a rupee is asked for, controlled release tied to real treatment progress, and full transparency throughout.
No verified need unfunded. No gift unaccounted for.
Catastrophic health expenditure remains one of the leading causes of impoverishment for Indian families. When the diagnosis is life-threatening — cancer, organ failure, major cardiac surgery — treatment cost routinely exceeds what a household can absorb, even with insurance.
Giving already flows toward these families. What's missing is the infrastructure of trust around it. CareTrack is that infrastructure: independent verification, milestone-controlled release, and a closed loop where every rupee either reaches its intended patient or is transparently redirected to another verified one.
We're starting deliberately small — a pilot across selected hospitals in Kerala — because the model has to be provably right before it scales. It's designed from its first line of code to grow to a multi-state platform without compromising the accountability that makes it worth trusting in the first place.
The people around every case.
Partner hospitals
Formally empanelled, contractually bound, and monitored on the quality of the cases they refer.
Independent verifiers
Volunteer medical professionals and an external background-verification agency — credentialed, and independent of the referring team.
Advisory boards & trustees
District and state oversight tiers separate from operations, with trustees governing the Common Pool under a documented, capped policy.
The finance team
Structurally split into reviewers and approvers — the two-person rule on every single movement of money.
Compliance & data protection officer
Accountable owner for tax filing, privacy, and foreign-contribution law — and the only role that can activate a new donation channel.
Grievance officer
Every complaint gets an owner, a tracking ID, and a deadline — from any benefactor, family, or hospital.
Let's talk.
Whether you're considering a founding gift, a CSR partnership, or hospital empanelment — a conversation is the right first step.
